This place exceeded expectations in every aspect, highly recommend; my stay for a wedding was fantastic with its beautiful presentation, recent renovations, and cozy atmosphere.

Had very good stay for one night and the weather was lovely. The staff and the owner were all friendly professional and competent. The location was relatively quiet and easy with lots of restaurants and cafés right at the doorstep...

The terrace apartments were roomy and well appointed, so it was easy to feel comfortable and look after ourselves catering wise and laundry wise while away from home.

Parking for larger cars at the apartments was a little harder, with limited room allowed for parking.

The hotel's location was perfect, next to a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and a Woolworths supermarket. It made for a good relaxing weekend.

We booked apartment with spa bath and loved it.

Liked Mount Gambier, the hotel was lovely and excellent close to Mt Gambier attractions. The venue was set in the central position just off the town centre and supermarket❤

The bathroom was very small.

We liked our 1 night here. the staff was extremely helpful. - the service was friendly. - the location was stunning with shopping centres and a supermarket within walking distance. - An excellent restaurant served Thai specialties.

Just a place to stay one night.... I say it's a motel. You park a car, go to the room and sleep. Nothing more. When you wake up the only you are thinking about is to get out of the hotel.

Early check out - before 10 very cold in a room - you need to sleep in a sweater nobody on reception during night very expensive for such place - we booked night for 137$ it's not far from a road so you hear how cars are going around. Sound isolation is very bad. Bathroom is not looks attractive. It's clean, but you will not be happy to go to shower - cold, temperature of water changing from cold to hot mistically, so you need to roll cranes to regulate it constantly

Location & the comfort of the room. Your lucky I didn't leave with the bed...lol

The 17hr drive to get home.

We truly enjoyed this place, it's excellent. the employees are responsive and respectful. 3. the property's location is excellent, next to many restaurants and cafes, the centre of Mt Gambier too and Blue Lake. 4. We would stay here again as it met what was needed. Every aspect of our stay at Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace Apartments was simply wonderful. the staff members were attentive and kind, and the location couldn't have been better - surrounded by a variety of dining options and close to the heart of Mount Gambier and the stunning Blue Lake. there is a fascinating 30-metre-deep cave nearby. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future as it perfectly fulfilled our requirements.

Relaxed, friendly and comfortable in a convenient location close to the city attractions.

The location was quite, not a lot of traffic noise. The staff where extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms, very neat & clean.

This place was mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, with a shopping center just a short walk away. The indoor heated pool was jaw-dropping and my boys absolutely loved it. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. our stay was incredible and we would definitely come back!

The 2 bedroom Terrace Apartment was perfect for us. Shower pressure was great. Bathroom was huge and modern - loved it! Would definitely stay there again.

Washing machine in apartment, but no washing detergent was provided. Supposed to have free WiFi, but the signal in our apartment (admittedly on the corner of the property) was dismal.

Staff was super friendly and rooms were extremely clean. Nothing was too much trouble for staff at this great motel. I will definately stay here on my next visit to beautiful Mount Gambier
